How does a VIRTUAL 1:1 DAY work?
Step 1: You choose a date for your call.
Pick a day on my calendar that works best for you. You don’t need to free your calendar for this.
These virtual coaching calls are very dinner-time/playdate/school-run/self-care friendly. You just need to make sure you have enough time between your day activities to listen and reply to messages – as well as the mental space to reflect and take action on the advice shared.
Step 2: We get you set up on Voxer
If you don’t have a Voxer account, you’ll create one – it’s free! We’ll add each other on Voxer, and you can send me a message in advance to tell me more about what’s troubling you.
This way, we can dive right in when your day starts.
Step 3: When your Coaching Call comes,
you’ll have access to me from 9am to 5pm ET
Don’t worry – this isn’t a non stop 3-hour chat, and you’re not expected or supposed to be sitting by your phone waiting for replies.
We’ll be exchanging messages throughout the day at a steady yet relaxed pace.
You can ask questions and we can brainstorm together. The best thing about a Virtual Day is that we have space in between messages to process information and take action.
The conversation will flow on and off between us all day. And you would use me as much or as little as you need. Life will flow alongside. You’ll have plenty of time for the day-to-day tasks like walking the dog, getting lunch, and self-care… That’s part of what makes a Virtual Day so flexible and effective!

FAQ’s
What if we're in different time zones?
I’ll be available between 8am and 8pm Eastern Time. This means, most time zones get at least a handful of hours of conversation during a Coaching Call.
None of the dates available work for me.

What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens – I totally get it. If you need to reschedule, I ask that you please give me 24 hours notice. You can reschedule as many times as you need by using the link in the email. However please keep in mind that you have to use your Day within 2 months of the original booking.
What kind of topic is not a good fit for a Coaching Call?
Here are some examples of things that aren’t a good fit for a Virtual Day:
- Troubleshooting a Klaviyo glitch (Klaviyo’s live chat tech support is great for that!)
- Integrating your Klaviyo with Shopify or website.
- Setting up your Klaviyo account.
- Migrating to Klaviyo and transferring email lists to Klaviyo
How much time is included in a Virtual Day
3 hours. Please note that this is not a nonstop for 3-hour call. We’ll chat at a relaxed pace on a messaging app where you have time to reflect and exchange text and voice messages during our time together.
How available do I need to be over a Coaching Call?
During a Virtual Day, we’ll be exchanging messages at a slow yet steady pace throughout the day.
You’ll want to make sure you have enough time to listen and reply to messages, and to take action on Klaviyo if you need to.
Is Voxer free?
Yes, it is. And it’s available for both mobile and desktop.
