01 FILL IN THE FORM
Fill in Inquiry Form to request a booking. I will email you the link to schedule your session on my calendar and send payment to book your date.
02 SESSION DAY
Session Day: We’ll meet on Zoom and you’ll bring your favourite beverage on hand (my treat, of course!). We’ll discuss your challenges, uncover solutions and start implementing right on the spot. We’ll complete as much as we can in our session.
03 RESOURCE SHARING
Resource sharing: Once our session is complete, I’ll send you an action guide with access to our call recording and action steps so you can further implement and practice what we covered.

1 hour: $250 USD
3 hours: $697 USD
This is great if you want my eyes and hands on your Klaviyo back-end, and you wanna see how it all works together so you can do it yourself too.
You don’t have to stay stuck & struggling to figure it all out. I’m here to give you answers and shortcuts to gain clarity with less overwhelm.

I’ve decided to take ALL of Kris’s advice and revamp my welcome letter series and order thank you letter series. An ‘a-ha’ moment was how to use email flows more effectively.
The email content recommendations have been working and I’ve been getting higher open rates and click rates!
Kris is the best email coach. If you are in business rather your just starting or been in business for a while, Kris will help you take you business to the next level.
If social media were to shut down today, would you have a strong emailing process? If the answer is no, then you need Kris now! If your answer is yes, ask yourself am I taking full advantage of my emails? This answer is probably no. Again you need Kris! Literally thank me later.

What if we're in different time zones?
I’ll be available between 8am and 8pm Eastern Time. This means, most time zones get at least a handful of hours of conversation during a Coaching Call.

What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens – I totally get it. If you need to reschedule, I ask that you please give me 24 hours notice. You can reschedule as many times as you need by using the link in the email. However please keep in mind that you have to use your Day within 2 months of the original booking.
What kind of topic is not a good fit for a Coaching Call?
Here are some examples of things that aren’t a good fit for a Virtual Day:
- Troubleshooting a Klaviyo glitch (Klaviyo’s live chat tech support is great for that!)
- Integrating your Klaviyo with Shopify or website.
- Setting up your Klaviyo account.
- Migrating to Klaviyo and transferring email lists to Klaviyo
How much time is included in a Virtual Day
3 hours. Please note that this is not a nonstop for 3-hour call. We’ll chat at a relaxed pace on a messaging app where you have time to reflect and exchange text and voice messages during our time together.
How available do I need to be over a Coaching Call?
During a Virtual Day, we’ll be exchanging messages at a slow yet steady pace throughout the day.
You’ll want to make sure you have enough time to listen and reply to messages, and to take action on Klaviyo if you need to.
Is Voxer free?
Yes, it is. And it’s available for both mobile and desktop.
